School of Joy is a space for honest conversations about being very real humans in what is sometimes a very challenging life.


Through the podcast, we explore sensitivity, spirituality, healing, and the everyday challenges of life — not as things to fix, but as invitations to come home to ourselves.

We talk openly about our own experiences, the lessons we’re learning, and the practices that help us stay grounded, connected, and open-hearted.

This isn’t about having all the answers or living a perfectly “joyful” life. It’s about slowing down, becoming more aware, and remembering that joy can exist alongside grief, uncertainty, and change.

 

Whether you’re feeling lost, curious, or quietly longing for something more, our hope is that these conversations leave you feeling less alone, more connected, and gently supported on your own beautiful  path.

About Us

Meet Renske

Renske believes we all have a natural self-healing ability, and her mission is to support people in reconnecting with that inner power. She doesn’t “fix” anyone — instead, she provides the space and tools to live more fully in acceptance and presence. Her motto: “tiswatis!” — life is what it is, and we can choose how we respond.

Through her work as a coach, energetic therapist, and teacher, Renske focuses on connection — with yourself, with others, and with nature. After experiencing burnout at 25, she moved to New Zealand and gained years of holistic wellness experience, shaping the way she guides others to find balance, presence, and joy in their everyday lives.

Meet B

B has always been deeply sensitive, and for years, that felt like a monumental challenge. Growing up in a chaotic household and navigating difficult relationships, she felt deeply disconnected from herself and the world. Deeply unhappy, in her early twenties, she began the work of looking inward — peeling back the layers, doing therapy, and learning to embrace her true self.

Two years ago, she discovered a spiritual path that transformed her life. Now, B feels deeply connected to herself, others, and the universe. She has learned to lean into her sensitivity as a gift and lives with a sense of belonging and purpose she had never experienced before.

B co-created School of Joy to share the light, growth, and everyday magic she has uncovered, and to help others bring more presence, peace, and joy into their own lives.
