As part of my training, I am offering free 1-to-1 sessions.
All sessions are held with full care and intention, and I will always be transparent about where I am in my journey


ABOUT B
I am a highly sensitive person. For much of my life, I carried depression and a profound sense of loneliness — a feeling of being isolated from myself and from the world around me.
What changed everything wasn't a programme or a technique. It was the breath. Through learning to breathe consciously, I found a thread back to myself — to inner peace, to joy, to a deeper sense of belonging here on our beautiful, miraculous planet.
That journey, woven together with a growing spiritual practice and genuine community, transformed my life from the inside out. And it is that transformation I want to offer to others.
I am training to be a breathwork facilitator because I want to support you to connect more deeply with yourself — with your inner wisdom, your truth, and a sense of belonging that goes all the way to your bones.

THE PRACTICE
What is the Conscious Connected Breath?
Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB) is a powerful, active breathing practice where inhalation and exhalation flow continuously — with no pause between them.
Simple to learn and profound in its effects
It works directly with the body, the nervous system, and the emotional landscape.

Body and mind unite
Unlike talk-based approaches, CCB works beneath the level of thought — directly with the body's held emotions and memories. The breath reaches what words cannot.

A shift in state
The conscious breath is the quickest way to change how we feel. Working with the parasympathetic nervous system, it moves us from stress and contraction into openness, clarity, and deep calm.

Nourishment and release
Our brains use 20–25% of our oxygen supply. Modern life leaves most of us oxygen-deficient. CCB replenishes the brain and organs while releasing stored tension and emotion.

WORK WITH ME
1-to-1 Sessions
As part of my training, I am offering free 1-to-1 breathwork sessions online. These are real, held sessions — not tasters. They are an opportunity for genuine, meaningful work together.
All I ask is that you show up with openness and honesty, and that you let me know if anything feels unclear or uncomfortable. We will always move at your pace.
Sessions are held via video call. You will need a comfortable space to lie down, a blanket, and an open heart.
Please note — Breathwork is a powerful practice and is not suitable for everyone. If you have a history of cardiovascular disease, detached retina, glaucoma, epilepsy, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, uncontrolled diabetes, thyroid conditions, high blood pressure, a sensitive or high-risk pregnancy and asthma, please consult your GP before booking.

MY TRAINING LINEAGE
Trained in the world's most acclaimed programme
I am training through Alchemy of Breath, founded by breathwork pioneer Anthony Abbagnano. The programme holds triple accreditation — from the Federation of Holistic Therapies, the American Association of Drugless Practitioners, and the Global Professional Breathwork Alliance. It is the only breathwork school in the world with this level of recognition.
The training blends modern neuroscience with traditional healing methods, with deep emphasis on trauma-informed facilitation, ethical practice, and the ongoing inner work of the facilitator. It is not merely a training — it is a transformation.
